This is an artistic response to the Holstee Manifesto,
which was used as a mission statement for the Holstee company and wound up resonating with so many people
that it became its own enterprise.
The Holstee Manifesto always seemed as though it was begging for a counter-response that highlighted life's complexity rather than its ease, which is why I decided to step in and create my own version. Granted, I'm in no position whatsoever to tell someone How Life Is or Should Be, and the result is something cobbled together from tidbits I read in magazines, stuff my parents said growing up, this guy,
and my own observations.
